Gerrymander

Lauren Reed's property, Holly House Plantation Stable, is increasingly surrounded by mansions in North Potomac, Maryland. The United States, North Carolina and Confederate Battle flags all hang from the stable. Reed considers the mansions an eyesore and points out that Potomac's original beauty was because of the horses. Her last horse died in March this year and she doesn't plan to own any more on her 5 acre plot. Maryland's 6th District was redistricted in 2011, combining rural northern Maryland regions with more affluent communities like Potomac and Germantown.
